For individual units, send the model or required capacity, refrigerant and evaporating temperature. A layout sketch, photos of the site and your destination port help us quote accurately and include matched equipment.

Yes. You can order a single unit, such as one condensing unit, evaporator, axial fan or a panel sample, to check quality before a larger order. Sample cost and shipping are quoted separately. Contact our sales team with the items you would like to evaluate.

Yes, factory visits are welcome. Please contact us in advance with your preferred dates so we can arrange a schedule, prepare relevant products for inspection and have an engineer available to discuss your project. Video calls are also available if you would like to see production remotely before traveling.

We can provide CE and ISO9001 documentation as listed on each product page. Shipments include a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, and we can help arrange a certificate of origin. Please tell us any additional documents required by your country's import rules so we can confirm before shipment.
