Built around what you store.
Product, throughput and climate decide the design. These are the applications our engineers configure most often.

Seafood & fisheries
Blast freezers to −35 °C, frozen stores and flake ice for ports and processors.

Fruit & vegetables
Multi-chamber chillers at 0 to +10 °C with gentle airflow and humidity control.

Meat & poultry
Chill and freezer rooms for abattoirs, cutting plants and cold distribution.

Pharma & healthcare
+2 to +8 °C rooms with duty/standby units, alarms and data logging.

Hotels & restaurants
Compact walk-in chiller and freezer combos for commercial kitchens.

Remote sites & logistics
20/40ft container cold rooms — plug in, relocate, repeat.

Why buy from the factory
One drawing. One matched system. One supplier.
Most cold-room failures start at the interfaces — an evaporator that doesn’t match the unit, a door without a heater, panels too thin for the climate. We design the room and its refrigeration together, then test before shipping.
Engineered quotations
Layout drawing, load calculation and equipment list with every quote.
Matched components
Condensing unit, evaporator and valve selected and tested as a set.
Tested before shipping
Pressure, leak and run tests, with video outgoing inspection.
Built for your grid
220 V/50 Hz to 440 V/60 Hz, single or three phase.
OEM & private label
Your brand, colours and nameplates on units and panels.
Parts & remote support
Spare parts and video guidance for the life of the room.
Manufacturing
Made, tested and packed under one roof.
From foamed panels to run-tested condensing units, each stage is checked and documented — so what arrives on site is what was approved on paper.

Buyer FAQ
Straight answers before you ask.
Still unsure? Our engineers answer on WhatsApp and email — in English, usually the same day.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most products can be ordered from one unit, including a single condensing unit, evaporator, ice machine or one complete cold room set. Small accessories and fans may be supplied in carton quantities. For mixed orders, we can combine cold room panels, refrigeration units and spare parts in one shipment. Confirm quantities with our sales team when requesting a quotation.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time depends on the product and order size. Standard condensing units, evaporators and fans are usually quicker than custom cold rooms, which are cut to your dimensions, and large multi-room projects take longer. The confirmed production time is stated in your quotation and proforma invoice, so please share your required delivery date when you inquire.
Can you customize cold rooms and refrigeration units?
Yes. Cold rooms are made to your internal dimensions, temperature and panel thickness, with a choice of skin material, door type and accessories. Condensing units and evaporators are selected for your capacity, refrigerant, evaporating temperature and site ambient. Send a layout sketch or drawing and our engineers will propose a matched design.
Which voltages and frequencies are available?
Equipment can be supplied for 220 V single-phase and 380 V or 440 V three-phase, at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, depending on the model. Small units are often available for 220 V, while larger compressors need three-phase power. Please state your site voltage, phase and frequency on the inquiry so the correct motors and controls are fitted.
What warranty do you provide?
Our products carry a one-year warranty, as stated in the product data. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and correct installation. Wear parts and damage caused by incorrect installation, unstable power or lack of maintenance are not covered. Full terms are confirmed in the sales contract.
How are products packed and shipped?
Cold room panels are packed with protective film and edge protection, and condensing units, evaporators and ice machines are packed in wooden cases or on pallets. We ship by sea in full or shared containers, and small orders can go by air or express. We can quote FOB, CFR or CIF on request.
Do you provide installation support?
Yes. Every cold room is supplied with installation drawings, and we provide video guidance for panel assembly, piping and commissioning. Our engineers can answer questions from your local installer during installation. Overseas on-site service by our technicians is available in some cases; please ask during quotation so we can confirm availability and cost.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T and L/C are commonly accepted. Deposit and balance terms depend on the order value and product type. Please confirm the exact payment terms with our sales team; they are stated in the proforma invoice and sales contract before production begins.
