An industrial air cooler evaporator rated 15.9 kW for meat and fish processing cold storage. Its 80 m² surface, two fans and 6 mm fin spacing support hygienic, consistent cooling.
A cold room evaporator (air cooler) absorbs heat from the room air as refrigerant boils inside its coil. DD series with about 4.5 mm fins suits chillers near 0 °C, DJ series with 6–8 mm fins suits −18 to −25 °C freezers, and DL or wide-fin coils suit blast freezing.

Why does fin spacing matter?
Frost forms faster at lower temperatures. Wider fin spacing keeps air passages open longer between defrosts, protecting capacity in freezers and blast freezers.
Electric defrost or air defrost?
Rooms above about +2 °C can defrost with the fans running during the off-cycle. Below that, electric heater defrost is the standard choice for reliability.
